The Bonito’s Pizzeria & Gelato project involved complete permit, architectural, engineering, and commercial fit-out services from scratch for a 1,000 sq. ft. restaurant in Hamilton, Ontario.
iPermit developed and coordinated the project from the initial concept, including architectural design and permit drawings, restaurant layout, HVAC and ventilation design, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical design, and commercial kitchen coordination. The complete permit package was prepared to support the construction of the new restaurant space.
iPermit also provided the required engineering reviews and sign-off letters, supporting the project through municipal permit approval, inspections, construction, and final project close-out.
