The Creative Playzone project involved commercial building permit, architectural, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical engineering services for a 6,000 sq. ft. indoor playground facility in Scarborough, Ontario.
The permit scope included the commercial interior alteration and fit-out of an existing unit, with coordination of architectural drawings, HVAC and mechanical systems, and electrical design to support the proposed indoor recreational use.
iPermit coordinated the required permit drawings, engineering documentation, and municipal submission, as well as the required HVAC, mechanical, and electrical sign-off letters to support inspections, permit compliance, and project close-out.
