The FreshSlice Bloor Street project involved complete architectural, engineering, and building permit services from initial concept through final project close-out for a 900 sq. ft. commercial restaurant in Downtown Toronto.
iPermit developed and coordinated the project from scratch, including architectural design, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, commercial kitchen and complete fit-out requirements. The scope also included permit drawings, municipal submissions, engineering coordination, inspections, and required sign-off letters through final close-out.
