iPermit reviewed the existing building configuration, survey, zoning requirements, setbacks, parking, access, fire-separation considerations, and development constraints. The study compared a rear addition to create a fourplex with an alternative detached two-storey garden suite with basement, providing the client with a clear path for future design and permit planning.
