The Patty Slaps project involved complete architectural, engineering, and building permit services from initial concept through final project close-out for a 2,500 sq. ft. commercial restaurant in Montreal.
iPermit developed and coordinated the project from scratch, including architectural design, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, commercial kitchen, and complete restaurant fit-out requirements. The scope also included permit drawings, engineering coordination, inspections, and required sign-off letters through final close-out.
